How do I place an order?
It’s easy to place your order online. Once you’ve added items to your Shopping Cart, you’ll follow a few simple steps to complete your order:
- Double check and review the items in your Shopping Cart
- Fill out your shipping and billing information
- Confirm and place your order using your credit card or Paypal
- Print out your order confirmation number

I don't remember my password to log into my account. What should I do?
You can have your password emailed to you. To do this:
- Click on the “Account” link at the top of any of our web pages.
- Click on the link, “Forgot your Password?” found to the bottom right, below the “Sign in to My Account” fields.
- Enter your email address, and click on “request password.” Your password will be emailed to you.

What is your shipping policy?
Your order will arrive approximately 3-5 business days from receipt by us, depending upon your geographical location and your carrier/service of choice. Once your order ships, an automated e-mail notiﬁcation will be sent to the e-mail address provided. Additionally, you may log into your Nomad Spice Co. account to retrieve your tracking number. You can use this number to track your package, by entering it at the appropriate website. Nomad Spice Co. cannot be held liable or responsible for any delays in shipment or lost-in-transit shipments, however we want you to get your order! Below are the allotted times to wait before we take action to refund/replace your order as packages usually turn up within these amounts of time. Domestic shipments – If you have not received your order after 14 days of placing your order, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If you are in need of your order prior to the aforementioned lengths of time, you may place another order and follow our return policy for the delayed packages. For items that are lost-in-transit please wait the aforementioned allotted times before any refunding or replacements to occur. Nomad Spice Co. cannot be held liable for confirmed deliveries that are not received. If your order has been confirmed as delivered via the tracking system provided, we suggest you call your local post ofﬁce to inquire further. If you wish for a re-delivery of your order, you are responsible for any applicable shipping and handling costs.
I just placed my order. When will it ship?
Always allow 1-2 business days to package and process your order. You will be notified when your package has shipped, along with a tracking number.
How do I know that my order has shipped?
If you have an email address on file, you will receive a Shipment Notification email once your order has shipped. You can also track your order using your order number and zip code. Note: Please allow 1 business day after receiving your shipment notification for tracking to activate. You can also check the status of your order online if you are a registered customer with a Personal Shopping Account and were logged into that account when you submitted your order.
What is your return policy?
We are confident you’ll be extremely happy with everything you purchased from Nomad Spice Co. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return the item within 7 days of purchase. Please contact us for arrangements. A credit will be issued to your credit card for the purchase price (less shipping) promptly after receipt of the returned merchandise.
How do I make a return?
We carefully inspect your order prior to shipment; upon receipt, please inspect your purchase and notify us of any damage within 30 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a prompt replacement. If within 30 days of receiving your order, you are dissatisfied for any reason, you may return your purchase for a refund of the merchandise value. We cannot accept returns on personalized, special-order items, or on items damaged intently. No claims will be accepted more than 30 days after the receipt of your purchase, or if the product shows any evidence of prior use or alteration. You may return merchandise for a refund or replacement using our online return service or by contacting email@example.com. Please keep your packaging slip and provide it with your return, as well as a note of how you would like to proceed with the return.
