Nomad Spice Co. provides NOMAD MILES to you subject to the following conditions. PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF SERVICE CAREFULLY BEFORE PARTICIPATING IN THIS PROGRAM.
MEMBERSHIP
MEMBERSHIP IS FREE, YES FREE!
No purchase is necessary for membership in the NOMAD MILES Program.
Subject to the terms and conditions set forth below, members of NOMAD MILES will earn NOMAD MILES (points) in connection with the purchase of qualifying products online that are redeemable towards the purchase of all applicable products. Taxes may apply where required by law. Nomad Spice Co., LLC assumes no liability for any user’s participation in the program. Your participation is subject to present and future program rules.
ELIGIBILITY
Membership in the Program is limited to individuals only and is limited to one account per individual. To enroll in the Program, you must provide your first name, last name, mailing address, phone number and valid email address. The Program is void where prohibited by law.
ACCOUNT INFORMATION
Once you are a registered user of the Website, you may view a summary of your NOMAD MILES & Account on the Website. After logging into your Account, simply click the NOMAD MILES link. The information you provide under your account details will be handled in accordance with Nomad Spice Company’s privacy policy. Members receive special incentives and news throughout the year, and a free blend for their annual trek – your birthday – just for signing up!
NOMAD MILES BENEFITS
Earn five MILES for every one DOLLAR you spend.
Members earn five (5) NOMAD MILES for every one dollar ($1) spent when they purchase products Online if the Member is logged into the Website under his or her online account. NOMAD MILES are calculated as follows: $25.00 x 5 points per dollar = 125.00 points, which equals 125 miles.

ENROLLMENT AND ELIGIBILITY
To enroll in the NOMAD MILES Program, you must be at least 18 years of age at the time of enrollment, you must be a legal resident of the United States and you must have an active email address. Each person is limited to one membership in the NOMAD MILES Program. Membership will not be granted to companies, corporations, or other legal entities. If you provide any information that is inaccurate, incomplete or untruthful, Nomad Spiced Co. reserves the right to cancel your membership at any time and reserves the right to deny any future membership requests. You may enroll in the program by signing up at the Nomad Spice Co. website, www.nomadspiceco.com.
RULES AND REGULATIONS
Nomad Spice Co. reserves the right at any time to alter the program rules, regulations or program MILES without advance notice. Nomad Spice Co. also may make changes or discontinue the program, even though such changes may affect the Member’s ability to use points already accumulated. You are responsible for remaining knowledgeable about the Program Terms and Conditions. Nomad Spice Co. reserves the right at any time to access a customer’s NOMAD MILES account and make changes to the account. NOMAD Miles may not be shared or transferred to other people besides the NOMAD MILES member recipient. Nomad Spice Co. does not guarantee the correct accounting of program milers or the correct representation of program miles or details on the Nomad Spice Co. website. The NOMAD MILES system may take 48 hours to account for program activities and communication between the Point of Sale (POS) system and the Nomad Spice Co. website. By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, you agree to accept all marketing and program messages sent to NOMAD MILES members regarding your miles.
HOW POINTS ARE EARNED AND REDEEMED
NOMAD MILES points are earned at five MILES (points) per every one dollar spent on a pre-tax, post discount (after coupons are applied) basis. Some products and services do not qualify for NOMAD MILES. These include, but are not limited to shipping, applicable taxes, sale items or purchase of gift cards.
NOMAD MILES cannot be used to purchase gift cards.
For every 100 points earned, a reward of $1.00 of value towards Nomad Spice Co. products will be granted.
NOMAD MILES earned by a Member may be redeemed for discounts off products on the Website, provided a Member is using a minimum of 100 points.
POINTS TOWARDS PRODUCTS:
Members can use their NOMAD MILES to reduce the purchase price of a product or to receive a product for free based on the following scale:
100 NOMAD MILES = $1.00 OFF
500 NOMAD MILES = $5.00 OFF
1,000 NOMAD MILES = $10.00 OFF
15,000 NOMAD MILES = $15.00 OFF
20,000 NOMAD MILES = $20.00 OFF
Account Sign-Up – Earn 500 miles for creating a Nomad Spice account
Friend Referral – Earn 200 miles when a friend referral signs up for an account with Nomad Spice.
Product Review – Earn 150 miles for any approved product reviews (Nomad Spice Co. reserves the right to review and approve all review submissions.)
Facebook Like – Earn 100 miles for 1 Facebook Like
Facebook Share – Earn 250 miles for sharing Nomad Spice Co. on Facebook (Nomad Spice Co. reserves the right to review and approve all Facebook shares before Miles are awarded.)
Twitter Tweet – Earn 150 miles for approved Twitter Tweets
Instagram Follow – Earn 150 miles for Instagram Follow
NOMAD MILES will expire 365 days after award date.
MILES are treated like coupons and there is no “cash back” option.
The reward may not be used with any other discount or promotion.
For online purchase where multiple MILES are available, the oldest reward will always be used first.

Earning Nomad Reward Miles
First, make sure you are logged in or have created an account with us on NomadSpiceCo.com. Then, make sure you’re logged in when you make a purchase, and your points will be added to your account automatically when your items have shipped.
You will be able to accumulate NOMAD Reward Miles to your account at the rate of 5 NOMAD Reward Miles per every dollar spent.
NOMAD Reward Miles will be credited to your account immediately upon shipment of your order.
You can earn NOMAD Reward MILEs on all of our products. However, coupons, shipping charges, sale items and taxes are not eligible for points. In addition, you cannot earn NOMAD Reward Miles on purchases where NOMAD Reward Miles were redeemed.
NOMAD Reward MILEs will expire one year after the date they were earned.
Enrollment
Easy. Simply log into your account before making a purchase! If you do not have an online account: Click “Sign in” on the top of the Nomad Spice Co. website home page. Fill out the forms details and click “Create an Account” to Create an Account.
To receive all the benefits of the NOMAD Miles Program, you must provide your first and last name, street address, city, state, ZIP code, phone number and a valid email address. By providing us with a valid email address, you agree to the Program Terms & Conditions and will be opted in to receive regular emails from Nomad Spice Co. containing offers, discounts, coupons, and information about your NOMAD Reward Miles.
You can unsubscribe at any time.
To check your NOMAD Reward MILEs point balance, simply go to NomadSpiceCo.com and sign in to your online account. Once you are logged in, click on the NOMAD MILES Link; My Points & MILES.
Every time you make a purchase online, your points earnings will be listed at the bottom of your order confirmation email as well as in your online account.

Redeeming Reward Miles
Make sure you are logged in to your account on Nomad Spice Co.com. When you finish adding all products to your cart, proceed to the Shopping Cart. When you get to your shopping cart, locate the field where you can select how many points you want to redeem. Make your selection before you proceed through checkout. You can start redeeming NOMAD Reward Miles when you have at least 100 available points
If you use your NOMAD Reward Miles to buy an item and then return that item, you will receive only what you paid in cash. Redeemed NOMAD Reward Miles are forfeited on returns.
Yes. NOMAD Reward Miles are linked to your account however you do have the option to request point transfers to other members with a valid Nomad Spice Co. account.
