Chipotle Morita Chile Powder is made from grinding the same Chipotle Morita Chiles (red, ripe jalapeño peppers that have been smoked and dried) that we sell whole. Our rich, deep red powder has all the smoky heat of whole chipotle peppers, but is much easier to use in most dishes.
