Our Moroccan Blend is handcrafted from Hungarian paprika, white sugar, cumin, salt, Ceylon cinnamon, black cardamom, parsley, coriander, turmeric, cayenne, ginger, fenugreek, anise, Saigon cinnamon, black pepper, mustard powder, mace, and spices.

This paprika-based seasoning is a combination of bittersweet and sweet, earthy, and sweetly spiced with herbal notes.

Uses

• Season or coat chicken and fish before grilling.
• Try on lamb kebabs.
• Sprinkle on vegetables.
• Lamb Burgers: Mix 1 Tbsp. of Nomad Moroccan Seasoning into 1 lb. ground lamb and form into patties before grilling.
• Rice: Stir 1 to 2 Tbsp. of Nomad Moroccan Seasoning into 2 cups freshly cooked rice and serve with grilled meats or tofu.
• Hummus: Mix Nomad Moroccan Seasoning into plain hummus to taste and enjoy with veggies and pita bread.
