Sri Lankan Cinnamon, also known as Ceylon cinnamon, is the only true cinnamon. The Ceylon cinnamon tree, called “true cinnamon tree”, is a small evergreen tree native to Sri Lanka. Ceylon has a lighter, sweeter flavor than the other cinnamons.
